Awards & Achievements
Citation in the Design of Structural System
for 200 storeyed building at the annual Convention of National Association of Students of Architecture 1990 and adjudged best among the 37 Architecture colleges of the country.
Citation in the “On the Spot Architecture Design Competition”
for the evolution of the Landscape scheme for one of the traffic islands of Bombay and judged best at the National level at National Association of Students of Architecture 1990 .
First Prize in “Low cost house design competition”
at the State level, Organized by Haridwar Development Authority in 1989.
Won World Bank Competition 1998

Ajay brings over 35 years of architectural expertise to his role, holding a B.Arch from IIT Roorkee and an M.Arch from BBD University. As the creative force behind our design vision, he ensures every project is executed with precision, intentionality, and an uncompromising standard of excellence.
Dinesh Singh
Associate Architect
Dinesh brings over 20 years of experience holding a B.Arch from GCA and M.Arch from BBD Unversity, brings spaces to life with his innovative approach and attention to detail in architectural deign
Pranjal Agrawal
Associate Architect
Pranjal Agrawal is an architect and interior designer, graduated with a B.Arch degree from IIT Roorkee. He specializes in creating innovative architectural and interior spaces that balance functionality, aesthetics, and user experience. With a keen eye for detail and contemporary design, he delivers thoughtful solutions tailored to the unique needs of each project.
Pramod Agrawal
Civil Engineer
Pramod brings strong technical foundations to the firm as a Civil Engineer, holding a B.E. in Civil Engineering. He oversees and manages all civil works, ensuring every project is executed with structural integrity and precision.
